About the Artist
In my artistic practice, I explore the connection between myths, cultural codes, and the inner world of human experience. I am inspired by the way ancient images and symbols, once part of a collective experience, continue to exist in contemporary consciousness and find new forms of interpretation.
My artistic process begins with photography, which becomes a foundation for further dialogue with materials. I work with paint, embroidery, natural elements, textiles, and objects. Through this process, the photographic image is combined with different textures and forms, creating visual worlds where images acquire new narratives.
Each element of the work — whether a symbol, a fragment of fabric, or a natural material — becomes part of the story created by the artwork. By combining different techniques and materials, I strive to create a space where reality and artistic intention exist simultaneously.
My practice is rooted in the theme of memory — both personal and collective — and in the way the past continues to live within the present. I aim to show that myths and symbols are not only part of the past: they remain a living language through which we continue to understand ourselves and the world around us.
